By commissioning or purchasing a pet portrait, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Artwork Ownership & Copyright
All original artwork, including sketches, drafts, and final designs, remains the exclusive property of the artist.
The artist retains full copyright and intellectual property rights to all artwork created.
2. Usage Rights Granted to Purchaser
The purchaser receives a copy of the original artwork (digital file and/or printed version, as agreed at the time of purchase).

3. Revisions
Any revisions included in the commission will be agreed upon in advance.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed amount may incur extra fees.
4. Payment
Full payment (or agreed deposit) is required before the final artwork is delivered.
Payments are non-refundable once work has begun, except at the artist’s discretion.
5. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on workload and complexity.
The artist is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete reference photos or late responses from the purchaser.
6. Reference Photos
The purchaser confirms they have the right to provide reference photos and that using them does not violate any third-party rights.
7. Artist Portfolio Use
The artist reserves the right to display the artwork for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing before the commission begins.
8. No Transfer of Ownership
Purchase of a pet portrait does not transfer ownership, copyright, or intellectual property rights to the purchaser.
9. Agreement
By commissioning or purchasing artwork, the purchaser acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
